Naked Bike Ride 2015

Saturday, June 27th was the 12th annual Naked Bike Ride in Portland, Oregon. Operating under the motto “as bare as you dare”, an estimated 10,000 riders meandered through the streets of Portland in the nude. The ride organizers hope to draw attention to oil dependency and cycling.

I love this idea and think it’s hilarious. I keep hearing good things about Portland and I hope I can make it out there for a race someday soon. You can learn more about the event on their website and you can see some pictures of the event at Oregon Live.
