I found this Canadian couple while doing some planning for my next trip in SE Asia. I really want to go to Laos and this boat trip sounds amazing. Extended travel is a blessing and it’s awesome these guys made it work. It’s been about 6 months since their last post but I hope they are still at it.
Race Spotlight – Boston Marathon Registration
Registration for the 2016 Boston Marathon opens Monday September 14, 2015 at 10am EST. The registration process is rolling and follows this schedule:
- Meet BQ requirement by 20+ minutes = Opens 9/14/2015 @ 10am
- Meet BQ requirement by 10+ minutes = Opens 9/16/2015 @ 10am
- Meet BQ requirement by 5+ minutes = Opens 9/18/2015 @ 10am
- All other runners who meet BQ requirement = Opens 9/21/2015 @ 10am

My News
Japan Airlines ticketed me for my next trip to Asia! I will be running the Bangkok marathon on November 15th and the Mt Fuji marathon on November 29th. I’ll start cranking up my mileage this week and booking regional flights and hotels later this month. Rough itinerary:
- 14th-18th = Bangkok
- 18th-23rd = Not Sure!
- 23rd-27th = Osaka
- 27th-30th = Mt Fuji
- 30th-1st = Tokyo
